Accessibility statement

Many of our customers are housing organisations subject to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. We take accessibility seriously, both on this website and in the CHICS product.
Standards
This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Where any part of the site falls short, we're actively working to address it.
Known issues
We are currently auditing several pages for colour contrast and motion-reduction support. If you encounter an accessibility issue, please email support@chics.co.uk — we aim to acknowledge within two working days.
Assistive technology
We test on the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox using VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS, plus keyboard-only navigation.
Enforcement
If you contact us with an accessibility issue and you're unhappy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
