- Yes. No card, no trial, no obligation. We run these because most small landlords we speak to are closer to compliant than they think — or much further from it — and neither group benefits from an expensive consulting engagement to find out which.
- Who is it for?
- Housing co-ops, TMOs, EMBs and small-to-mid housing associations in England. Scotland, Wales and NI landlords are welcome too, though the regulatory framing differs — we'll adapt the questions.
- How long does the whole thing take?
- About 45 minutes on the call, plus a follow-up email with the scorecard and action list a few working days later. Total time from your side is under an hour.
- Do we need to be a CHICS customer?
- No. We run the health check the same way whether you're on CHICS, on a competitor, or on spreadsheets. It's a small investment of our time to help the sector — and, honestly, one of the best ways for us to hear what's actually happening on the ground.
- What happens with our data?
