Yes. CHICS imports HB and UC schedules from local authorities and the DWP, posts them automatically against the right accounts, and flags discrepancies for your team to review.

Can contractors access CHICS?

Yes — every CHICS subscription includes an unlimited contractor portal so your repairs partners can see jobs, update statuses, upload photos and raise invoices.

How long does implementation take?

A typical co-op or small association is live in 4–8 weeks. Larger associations with bespoke integrations and complex data migrations usually take 8–16 weeks. We deliver every project with a named project manager and a written success plan.

Do you integrate with our finance system?

CHICS integrates out of the box with Xero, Sage 50, Sage 200 and QuickBooks, and we can build bespoke integrations to other finance and asset systems.
