The Tenant Web Enquiry System developed by Joe Ortenzi allows your tenants to have direct access to their own rent accounts. Now your tenants can easily check out where they are with their payments and can quickly see if, for instance, a payment of theirs has gone missing.
It's very simple to use and completely secure - tenants will only be able to access their own accounts.
The system works hand in hand with CHICS - Joe and ourselves worked in partnership for a year to set it up. CHICS sends your data securely to the TWEET website - once there, the data is set up by Joe ready for you to adapt to your organisation's needs. From there on in your tenants can start to access their account information. For further information contact: Joe Ortenzi

Administration

The administrator of TWEET can securely enter the system and make changes relevant to the organisation - set the name of the Housing Association - enter procedural notes that will be helpful to tenants. All the titles can be changed by the administrator - you can see where an officer might have made a few trial pages on the left hand menu, (kjkj & lkjlkj).

Forms for tenants

Various forms useful to tenants can be put directly on site - Repairs - Waiting List - Standing Orders - Rent Book - are examples. You can put whatever is relevant to your organisation. Tenants can print these off as pdf files or make an online request for them. Below is the screen in the demo where our housing worker made a start as showing how the waiting list works.

Tenant Accounts

This is the screen where tenants will be able to view thier rents. It links directly to the CHICS rent system so will be up-to-date to the latest batch posting.

Complaints

Here is another example of the kinds of procedures that can be entered. Procedures can be linked to forms so tenants can easily see procedures and seamlessly follow through on the issue concerning them.
