Each module is a sophisticated Windows package which can handle up to 1,000 units per module. They have been designed to handle the most complex information and transactions in a straightforward manner, delivering sophisticated analysis and excellent report presentation.
CHICS Deluxe Modular Integrated System allows you to combine any two or all three of the modules in one superb management system. Screens interlink so that information on any aspect is never more than a few keystrokes away.
The property maintenance module includes:

property "as built" records;
- fully integrated with stock condition module;

contractor and payment details including any deductions;

and complete repairs history.
Repairs may be classified by general type, more specific type (e.g. gas), and priority. Reports may be selected by tenant and/or property type, for any required period. Repair orders may be generated and mailmerge facilities are provided for contractor payments.
The rents module has the following features:
