The Usergroup is for exisiting support-registered CHICS users, an online resource of information and news, as well as the most recent CHICS Software updates available for download. This is just one of the support services offered to all CHICS users.

CHICS customers keep smiling - IT costs survey The most recent survey (April 07) from Housemark and Tribal Consultancy has just been issued, compiled by John Stuttard.
Once again we prove to give the best possible value for money in Housing Software. The cost of running a CHICS system is roughly half that of other systems (average £40 per year per property).
Other than this the survey has some interesting comments on future trends - Asset Management and Tenant Web Based services (see TWEET below) - both now available from your local friendly supplier - CHICS. Please contact us for more details on how to move into the 21st century.
The survey used to be free at HouseMark however now you will need to pay to view the work.
